Healthcare Hospitality

When arrival matters most,
we're the partner on the curb.

When someone arrives at your campus, they may be frightened, in pain, exhausted, or carrying something heavier than a bag. Our teams are trained for the weight of that moment — not just the logistics of the car.

Healthcare Hospitality

We believe we invented Healthcare Hospitality.

“We know we're the only ones building it at scale.”

Most parking operators treat healthcare as another vertical — a line item beside airports and office parks. We don't. We believe healthcare is a fundamentally different human context that demands a fundamentally different operational model. One purpose-built for patients, families, and caregivers navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

We call that model Curbside Care™. Our clients call it the difference.

We are not a national vendor stretched across dozens of states. We are a California company, rooted in the same communities we serve. When we're on your curb, we are an extension of your care team.

Explore The Signature Way
What This Means for Your Campus

Care that starts the moment a patient turns onto your campus.

  • Teams trained for BEFAST stroke recognition, TEAM Alert protocols, and HIPAA compliance — before their first shift.
  • STAXI wheelchair collection and management at every entrance, every hour — no patient walks to check-in if they need help.
  • A 20-Point Site Audit every 90 days. Monthly Service Operations Reviews with your leadership team. Data-driven accountability.
  • When something goes wrong, you hear from us first — with a plan, not an explanation. We own incidents, we don't deflect them.
  • A relationship with your leadership team — not just your procurement office — for the life of the partnership.
From Kaiser Permanente Leadership

“Signature Parking is not merely a vendor; they are a strategic partner who embodies the spirit of collaboration and customer service. I recommend them without reservation to any organization seeking a dependable, mission-aligned partner.”

— Anthony Suarez Diaz, SSAO · Kaiser Vallejo

What Keeps This at the Top of Your Mind

The curb is your most overlooked patient experience touchpoint.

And the one with the most direct impact on HCAHPS scores, patient trust, and institutional reputation.

HCAHPS Scores That Won't Move Welcome and navigation scores flat despite investments inside the building. Reimbursement consequences. Board-visible.
Curbside Incidents on the CEO's Desk Vendor staff turnover creates patient-visible inconsistency. The returning patient in June meets a different person than May.
Operators Without Healthcare Training ADA, HIPAA, and mobility compliance handled by teams trained in airport garages — not hospital campuses.
Traffic Chaos During Construction Every expansion project becomes a member access crisis. Parking complaints escalate to facilities and beyond.
Claims That Compound the Problem When something goes wrong, the patient feels blamed. The institution absorbs the reputational damage.
A Mission / Curb Disconnect Your institution leads with compassion. The first human encounter your patients have is pure logistics.

You shouldn't have to fight for a partner who understands your mission. We built Signature because nobody else was.

The Signature Arrival Method

Built around your mission. Not copied from a template.

01

Listen

A walk-through of your campus the way a patient walks it. We read your HCAHPS data. We sit with your leadership. We leave with an honest assessment, not a pitch. Every program starts with a real conversation, not a templated proposal.

02

Design

A custom arrival program built around your mission, patients, staff, and constraints. Training protocols, staffing plans, traffic patterns, escalation workflows — tailored to your facility. Not ported from an airport deck.

03

Deliver

Signature University-trained teams from day one. Weekly huddles. 90-day 20-Point Site Audits. Monthly Service Operations Reviews with your leadership. A partnership, not a dashboard.

Our Commitment to You

Six published standards. Published so you can hold us to them.

1
Our teams are trained the Signature Way. Not borrowed labor. Every person certified before first shift.
2
We will be present — not absent behind a dashboard. Regional leadership visits on a regular cadence.

Kaiser Permanente NorCal — Strong Partnership

Seven hospitals. One partnership. Expanding.

7 Active Kaiser Campuses
6+ Years of Partnership
0.0026% Claims Rate Systemwide

What started with one hospital in Vallejo has grown into a strong partnership spanning seven Kaiser NorCal campuses — the product of six years of decision-makers at one hospital referring us to the next. Hospital executives do not refer vendors they're unsure about. They refer partners they trust with their patients and their reputations.

We are now in active conversations with Kaiser San Jose and San Leandro, and Kaiser is expanding into the Pacific Northwest — Oregon and Washington — with Signature leading the valet and shuttle programs.

Being Human

The moments that remind us why we do this.

Kaiser Santa Rosa · In Memory

Gladys, I have enjoyed knowing you! Your caring ways & loving manner were appreciated! Take care & have a wonderful life!

Cheryl L. came to our Kaiser Santa Rosa campus almost every week for over a year during her leukemia treatments. Our team greeted her with warmth, a wheelchair, and over time, genuine friendship. In late September 2025, she came to the valet podium one last time — not for a treatment, but to say goodbye. She brought handwritten cards, personally addressed to each team member who had walked with her on her journey. This is the work.

Meet Jeff — "Until I got cancer," he said.

A cancer patient and his orange Jeep Wrangler. A Regional GM who asked one question about the road trips. The conversation that reminded us this work is about so much more than parking.

Meet Anne — "Being seen had lifted the burden."

Immunocompromised, frightened, unsure how she'd make it from the car. Our Site Manager met her where she was — with a wheelchair, a walk, and a friendship that grew every month she returned.

Meet Ms. Kemp — "She gives us meaning."

For four years she has brought handwritten cards, stuffed animals, and goodie bags. She reminds us kindness is reciprocal — she is not just a member. She is our purpose.

What's Quietly at Risk

The cost of the status quo is not just operational.

  • HCAHPS Reimbursement ExposureArrival and navigation scores that stay flat carry direct reimbursement consequences. Board-visible.
  • Claims Liability from Undertrained OperatorsA single serious incident exceeds years of vendor savings. One claim outweighs the entire cost differential.
  • Millions Inside, Undone at the CurbEvery dollar invested in patient experience inside the building is at risk from 90 seconds at the drive.
  • The Monday Executive HuddleThe quiet anxiety every time the phone rings from the front drive. The private embarrassment of a curbside complaint reaching the CEO.
The Alternative

The front of the house, off your mind.

  • HCAHPS arrival and navigation scores climbing.
  • Incident rate declining. ADA and mobility capability documented every 90 days.
  • Monthly Service Operations Reviews that produce actionable insight — not activity reports.
  • The Monday executive huddle no longer opens with a curbside complaint.
  • Your patients talking about the welcome before they talk about the diagnosis.

You're the executive who brought hospitality thinking into healthcare — and made it operational, not aspirational. You lead a campus where every arrival feels like an act of care. Peers call you when they're figuring out how to elevate their own.

Most of our healthcare relationships start with a walk-through.

One visit. An honest assessment. No pitch.

We walk your arrival experience the way a patient does — from the moment they turn off the surface street to the moment they reach your care team. We leave with observations and a plan, not a sales deck.
